This policy aims to ensure transparency and mutual understanding between Sabuy Express Company and its customers regarding international shipping services from Australia to Thailand. By using Sabuy Express’s services, customers acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.

1. Shipping Delays/Shipping Transit Time

Sabuy Express Company will use all reasonable efforts to arrange and complete delivery of the shipment within estimated transit time. As international freight is subject to factors beyond company’s control—including, but not limited to, airline or vessel schedules, customs inspections, weather conditions, port or terminal congestion, strikes, regulatory holds, or other operational disruptions. Please be noted that delivery times provided are estimates only and do not form part of the contract.

2. Customs Inspection by Thai Authorities

(Thailand Customs, Quarantine, Thailand Border Force, or other regulatory agencies in Thailand)
• If a shipment is held, opened, or delayed due to inspection by any Thai authority, Sabuy Express shall not be liable for any resulting damage, delay, or repackaging condition.
• The customer acknowledges that customs inspection is a mandatory government procedure beyond the company’s control, and Sabuy Express has no authority to influence or expedite such inspections.

3. Damage Caused by Uncontrollable Factors/ Force Majeure

Sabuy Express Company shall not be responsible for any damage, deterioration, or loss of parcel during transit from Australia to Thailand caused by including but not limit to :
– Natural disasters such as heavy rain, flood, storm, earthquake, or any weather condition causing the package to become wet, damp, or otherwise damaged;
– Temperature fluctuation during transit or storage affecting product quality or packaging;

– Unforeseen events beyond the company’s control, including airline handling errors, mechanical issues, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions;
– Actions of Thai authorities, including customs, quarantine, Thailand Border Force, or other government agencies during inspection or clearance procedures.
• In such cases, the customer must contact the relevant Thai authority directly for assistance or resolution.

4. Waiver of Shipping Compensation Claims

The customer agrees and acknowledges that no shipping fees will be refunded, and no compensation or claim shall be made against Sabuy Express for:
– Shipping delays;
– Customs or quarantine inspections;
– Thailand Customs, Thailand Quarantine, or Thailand Border Force procedures;
– Any Damages during the transition, wetness, spoilage, or deterioration caused by natural disasters, temperature fluctuation, or any uncontrollable events.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By using Sabuy Express’s international shipping services, the customer hereby fully accepts and agrees to all terms and limitations stated in this No Claim Policy. Sabuy Express Company reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
